Mattar Paneer – Green Peas with Indian Style Cottage Cheese:
Green peas and Indian style cottage cheese simmered with potatoes in traditional spices
Dal Makhani:
Quite highly spiced lentils cooked with onion – tomato paste with traditional spices. Great with rice anytime.
Raita:
Yogurt dish mildly spiced serves as a cooling dish to counter all the spices in the other dishes.
